HSBC sync error

Not yet for me. HSBC just released an update of their iPhone app addressing also OpenBanking issues.

But now I get this error page.

They’re still having issues in their own app. If you go to More -> Open Banking Dashboard and choose either option it will get an error

Hey @caprotti

The update that HSBC released doesn’t appear to have resolved the issues causing this ongoing error for any users :unamused:

From what we know, however, the update they released wasn’t intended to fix this particular issue

Updating the HSBC app, closing Emma and HSBC apps down, solved the problem for me. Got my current accounts and credit cards going.
