I’m discovering that the job markets are quite favourable right now, and I think it’s good to avoid being stale in a job. However, if you enjoy where you are and you keep moving forward / up, why switch?
So many people have FOMO that they jump because they believe something will be different or better, rather than it usually being the same job elsewhere.
My parents have had long standing jobs but even my mum is seeing the joy in potentially doing something new know.
