Most younger people now find the idea of staying with one employer for their whole life unattractive, though this was quite common just a generation ago 
Let’s look at the countries where people tend to work for a long time for one employer 
What are your thoughts about it?
I’m discovering that the job markets are quite favourable right now, and I think it’s good to avoid being stale in a job. However, if you enjoy where you are and you keep moving forward / up, why switch?
So many people have FOMO that they jump because they believe something will be different or better, rather than it usually being the same job elsewhere.
My parents have had long standing jobs but even my mum is seeing the joy in potentially doing something new know.
@jase I think everyone should do things to the best of their ability, but if you feel that some changes need to be made, don’t be afraid to make them.
