Email Verification Security Issue

I am very security conscious but use a lot of banking apps etc. So I need to be sure that everything that I respond to is genuine.
So, every few months we get an email from Emma Email Verificationnoreply@emma-app.com
There is nothing to show that it is genuine. Even a no-reply address! A bit of postcode, or name, just something. It could have come from anywhere. We all know that scammers are clever so please, PLEASE, give us something to prove it is from you.
