I think I found a bug in the app, fairly soon i will be moving so Id like to change the address in app but for some reason I can’t change this as it seems to be locked not sure if this is an issue but how would I change my address
this is not a bug, we need you to reach out to live chat to change address (if you have opened an Emma Invest or Pots account).
I see is there any reason i can’t just change it myself? Seems weird to have that locked
It’s because we have verified your address with our internal procedures. If you want to change it, we need to verify it again.
I see, I think it would be nice to be able to in the app request and address change which you could then verify rather than going through support but when I move I’ll make sure to do that.
