My income is monthly but the date varies. We got paid early at Christmas but this month will be late because of the weekend
Will there ever be a way of custom choosing the start and end date? Or have it linked to a payment in?
I like the app but will look elsewhere if this isn’t an option - seems like an easy fix so no idea why it isn’t an option cause I am sure I am not the only one in this position

this is by design, the product doesn’t support early payment right now. 
We are aware of this issue and that happens once a year, so it’s in our to-do list.
Thank you for answering. Sadly each pay month for me varies from 28-35 days. Maybe I will revisit Emma if this change is made
What’s your pay schedule?
I have the same thing - my pay schedule is usually the last Friday of the month, but that can change for things like Christmas in December - so its really the last working Friday of the month.
Ideally, budgets could restart on payday, so the new budget period starts with your main income transaction. (You could almost use the existing logic from smart rules to trigger that)
