I have an iPhone XS and the app keeps crashing when trying to open it. I ha e uninstalled and reinstalled the app, reset my phone, and tried logging in through Apple as opposed to my phone account, and nothing seems to be working still. Unfortunately I cannot use their chat support through the app either. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
