Please integrate Zable
I am on trying out Emma on a free trial and probably won’t continue if I can’t link my credit card

Hi, out of curiosity do you do any escalation when providers don’t have an API? I’m pretty sure it’s a regulatory requirement for credit cards and current accounts to have one so surely there is somewhere to complain to when they don’t?
I don’t believe there is anything like that; but we can take a look.
Was announced as a change by the FCA in 2021
2.28 announces that all ASPSPs must make available a dedicated interface (defined in 2.31 but basically means and API)
They were already required before this to make the data available via at least a modified customer interface (PSRs and UK-RTS) but this mandated all ASPSPs have an open banking data API

Any update on adding Zable?
Anything else about this? Just tried Emma at last but without Zable integration, I don’t know if it will be worth keeping as Zable does make up a relevant chunk of my banking transactions.
Zable uses open banking for certain features, such as verifying your identity during application, credit limit increases, and setting up repayment methods, but only with supported banks through our partner TrueLayer. At this time, we don’t have information about Zable offering a public open banking API for third-party apps like Emma, which may be why integration isn’t available yet. —-reply from Zable when I asked about this unavailable integration
