In-app chat, where is it?

Hi,

I have been searching for help regarding something. My first point was to check here. Not finding an answer I went back to try to contact someone using the in-app chat, however I cannot find it anywhere within the app.
Where has in-app chat gone?

Please can someone assist me regarding this.

Select More, then Support and at the bottom of the list is ‘Chat to a Human’, or at least that’s what I see on my phone.
