Would it make sense to enable this to appear for manual accounts or where you can see #mortgage tags or mortgage in the transaction description?

Yes, of course.
I think, at this stage, it makes more sense “Find a mortgage” rather than “Remortgage”. We have been trying the latter, but doesn’t really work well - our main demographic is young.
