# Trying to transfer app to a new phone

How does one transfer Emma-app to a new phone? Was directed to in-app chat. Where the hell is that?

Just install on the new phone and log in with the same details.

Are you changing number as well?

Yes, number is changing… The login detects that my email address already exists.
