# Total Annual Expense - Categorized

Is there a way to find total annual expense for the last year? Preferably something that is categorized, so that I can visualize where there is more scope to cut down.

I can currently see monthly expense count in the analytics tab; however it is tiresome to add all the category values for past twelve months.

Hey @moni 👋

There is the “What did I spend” feature on the Feed tab. This shows how much you’ve spent on different merchants or tags.

We’re hoping to add a total into the search feature that you can access from recent transactions, but no eta on that at the moment 😊
