# Sync frequency and time

How many times a day does automatic sync run?

At what time/s of day does it run?

If a manual sync is run, does it affect the time of the next automatic sync?

Hey @o99 👋

On average automatic sync will run 2x in any 24 hour period, but they don’t run at a fixed time of the day, they run around the clock.

After you have manually synced, you’ll go to the back of the queue again 😊
