I just updated to a yearly Ultimate subscription, but I don’t see this feature under Manage Subscription: does it work with yearly?

This feature is only available to subscribers with a direct subscription to Emma. If you have a subscription via the Apple App Store or Google Play, then it is unavailable.
_You need to make this clear: right now it is not._ It took your support more than a week to realise this, and switching to a direct subscription is non-trivial (I upgraded to Ultimate on the App Store and cancelling the subscription means it still runs for a year, so I have to ask Apple for a refund before I can switch to a direct subscription).

Extra members is a UK only feature available for direct billing; we have introduced this payment method three years ago and we now have the vast majority of customers billed directly. 🙂
