# Auto-detecting recurring payments

For the past few weeks Emma has started getting over-eager when it comes to detecting recurring payments. One of them is when I pay my gardeners which I do by bank transfer (Faster Payments). I don’t want this as a recurring payment because it’s only regular for part of the year and the dates and payments vary a lot. Each time I delete the recurring payment, though, Emma just creates it again the next time I pay them. Something seems to have changed recently because this never happened before.
